Make a decision. God has brought you to a point and asks you do decide, just like King Zedekiah had to make a decision when Jeremiah stood before him. The King decided to wait and make a decision later, but then Jerusalem was overthrown. Indecision is still a decision. The reminder from this message is to fear God more than man and make the decision to obey Him.

This is the account of King Jehoiakim seeing the scroll read in his presence and slowly slicing it up, throwing it into the fire. This was a total disregard for the word of the LORD, even though God in His Mercy still would have given the king one more chance to listen to His words through Jeremiah. Our reminder is that we do not go down the path of disregard to the hearing God’s word, but listen and act now.
