Awana: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Awana is an international, Bible-centered youth ministry for pre-school through fifth grade. Our goal is to reach boys and girls, and their families, with the gospel of Christ and train them to server Him. The acronym “AWANA” comes from the first letters of the phrase “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed”. (2 Timothy 2:15).

Cubbies
Preschool Ages
Cubbies is the Awana club for preschoolers during the two years prior to regular kindergarten. Cubbies is unique because it supports and maintains parents as the primary source of spiritual nurturing by directly involving them in the teaching and learning process. Cubbies enjoy games and activities, Bible memorization, handbooks and awards.
Sparks
Kindergartners – 2nd Grade
Sparks enjoy game time on the Awana game circle, Bible lessons and handbook time where they recite Bible verses from memory and earn awards.
Truth & Training
3rd-5/6th Grade
Truth & Training clubs are an exciting program featuring increased focus on Scripture. These clubbers will learn the truth of God’s Word. They will be trained to serve him in their everyday lives. Game time remains high energy fun for the clubbers.
The Island 6th – 8th Grades
This youth group meets every Wednesday during Awana and on their calendar year. Fellowship, devotions, and games.
Adult Bible Study: 6:30pm – 8:00pm
We believe Christ desires His church to love him and grow together, in community. We know what God is doing here is special, and we want you to have a part in that. We want the men and women attending First Baptist to connect with the people you go to church with and build relationships and community.
Men’s Ministry
Our men’s ministry is committed to helping men build strong faith in God and strong bonds with their brothers in Christ. We offer a variety of programs and activities throughout the year.
Women’s Ministry
