He teaches about Saul’s transformation to Paul and how the Lord used him in mighty ways. Bill gave 4 tips for reading scripture: 1- Read it like you’ve never read it before, 2 – Ask God to help you visualize, 3 – Ask God to help you understand it, and 4 – Ask God to help make application to our lives.
