Where is God in my loss?
In 2020 we all lost something. We lost connections, jobs, opportunities, loved ones, and relationships. But the Good News is – our losses can lead us to God.
Come with us as we discover the grace of lament.
Nathan’s teaching this January will be supported by Mark Vroegrop’s book, Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy.
It is about how to pray while we are in pain. It is about how to worship while we grieve.
Nathan will preach on the same Psalms and passages in Lamentations that Mark Vroegop writes about in his book.
A generous donor has made it possible for us to gift you a copy of the book and a bookmark. The bookmark shows the passage of the Bible which Nathan will preach and the corresponding chapter in Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy so you can easily follow along.
To receive your free copy of the book and bookmark, stop in during office hours (8:30-4:00 Monday – Thursday), or on Sunday mornings. Limited quantities available.
We hope you’ll join us as we dive into this next series!
